Investment Considerations
Industry
Generally speaking, we are industry agnostic. We prefer companies that can benefit from our strategic planning process to help drive meaningful sales growth, both organically and via acquisition.
Size
We target companies with EBITDA of $3 million to $15 million.
Customer / Industry Concentration
We typically prefer companies with customer concentration of less than 25%.
Management Team
We invest in people and therefore place a high value on people and attitudes. Strong management teams typically lead to strong companies.
